Our Expertise

At the core of Orthocon's success has been its ability to work with clients to properly identify their business requirements and to transform these requirements into successful product implementations.

During the first phase of a project, the client project team will meet with a Orthocon senior application designer to discuss their vision of application roll out.

During the blueprinting phase, the requirements that were gathered will be translated into working documents that will form the basis for building the application. Application Blueprints will outline how different requirements will be handled within the application. Orthocon will conduct an in-depth review of the documents with the client to ensure that the requirements have been properly understood and that the proposed solution will meet the client’s needs.

“Failing to plan is planning to fail”

The difference between a successful and an unsuccessful project often relates directly to proper project planning at the outset of an implementation. Before embarking on the building phase of the project, a Orthocon project manager will work with the client team to design an effective and realistic project and resource plan. This plan will ensure that the client team is involved in all of the critical phases of the application build, thereby guaranteeing that the knowledge to maintain the application is properly transferred to the client team.

Prior to going live, Orthocon will work with your organization to design a set of tests scripts that are specific to your organization. These tests will allow your organization to not only test the system’s functionality, but to also ensure that newly developed or streamlined processes are fully and properly integrated into the final solution.

The key to successful projects lies with the setup and configuration of your application. Orthocon consultants have been successfully implementing EPM solutions for over 15 years and will bring the breadth of their experience to the table when helping you design and build your EPM solution. Working in concert with your project team we will advise you on industry best practices and train your users on how to properly build and maintain your system.

A Orthocon technical consultant will work with the IT client team to review the current environment and recommend an optimal environment for the new implementation. The technical consultant will work with the IT staff to set up the new environment as well as train the team on how to properly maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade the environment when necessary.

A Orthocon consultant will always be available to assist your users once the application is up and running. Services offered at the post go-live stage range from answering simple questions over the phone, or being an active member of your support staff.
